Discovering AI
First Experience
Do you remember your first interaction with AI?
For a lot of people, myself included, it was when Siri was first released back in 2011. It’s only been 9 years, but conversational AI has improved remarkably. Just look at Amazon’s Alexa, or Google Assistant. Their level of conversation today is insanely humanlike.
Siri and Alexa, arguably the two most well-known AIs, are conversational AIs. This particular type of AI is usually in forms of chatbots and virtual voice assistants that people can have conversations with. Whether it’s for answering questions, sending automated messages, or even making transactions, they excel at handling these tasks. On top of what they can already do, their capabilities and functionalities will only continue to increase over time.
CONVERSATIONAL AI
Conversational AI is what we focus on here at Traits AI. We have developed chatbots that assist clients in whatever they need help with. Not only do we tailor our bots based on the purpose of these virtual assistants, we strive to give these bots a personality that suits their role. That’s what makes our chatbots so special. Here is what we incorporate in our AI avatars.
While many people have heard of Siri and Alexa, some have never had the opportunity to experience the interaction with a chatbot. If you are one of those people, well, you have stumbled across the perfect opportunity to try our chatbots! Even if you are experienced with big name conversational AIs, come try our chatbots and see how they differ. You might discover something you really like about them. Come meet our Facebook Messenger bots Elizabeth and Jake!
You can learn a great deal about how conversational AI works through our chatbots, but if you want to learn more about what we think of conversational AI in general, check out our other blogs here!
